  • 1/2 lb King Trumpets, Shaved on the thinnest mandolin setting
  • 2 cups grapeseed oil or other neutral oil for frying
  • Favorite Seasonings


  1. Heat grapeseed oil until a piece of mushroom sizzles on contact.
  2. Drop mushroom slices in oil for about 1 minute or until golden brown.
  3. Use a slotted spoon to transfer chips to a paper towel lined pan.
  4. Sprinkle chips with salt or desired seasoning and serve with your favorite dip.
