Our Brown Beauty Oyster Mushroom Frittata is a savory and satisfying dish that combines the rich flavors of Brown Beauty Oyster mushrooms with eggs, vegetables, and cheese. This frittata is perfect for breakfast or brunch, offering a hearty and nutritious meal. The combination of sautéed mushrooms, garlic, bell peppers, onions, and bacon creates a delicious base, while the eggs and cheese add a creamy texture. Enjoy this frittata as a standalone dish or pair it with a fresh salad for a complete meal.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 garlic cloves-minced
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups chopped Brown Beauty Oyster Mushrooms
  • Preferred veggies such as bell peppers, onions, potato's
  • Bacon, chopped
  • Shredded cheese

Directions

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Saute bacon, mushrooms, and preferred veggies.
  3. Add egg mixture to mushroom mixture and then pour into a pie crust or greased pie pan.
  4. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set.
