Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 garlic cloves-minced
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups chopped Brown Beauty Oyster Mushrooms
  • Preferred veggies such as bell peppers, onions, potato's
  • Bacon, chopped
  • Shredded cheese

Directions

1.Whisk eggs, milk, garlic, salt and pepper. 2.Saute bacon, mushrooms, and preferred veggies. 3.Add egg mixture to mushroom mixture and then pour into a pie crust or greased pie pan. 4.Top with shredded cheese. 5.Bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set.
