Mushroom Bulgogi Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lb. Gourmet Mushrooms
- 2 c. Soy Sauce
- ¼ c. Rice Wine Vinegar
- ¼ c. Water (Substitute Mushroom Stock, if available)
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
Directions:
- Mix spices together and add wet liquids.
- Whisk until dissolved. Chop mushrooms.
- Pour marinade over mushrooms.
- Let marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Roast mushrooms at 400° F for 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
For a special treat, dunk in spicy mayo.
